Request Account Deletion
This page explains how you can request deletion of your Crown & Clash account and related data.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@crownandclash.com with the subject:
Account deletion request
Please include:
- The email address you use to log in (or mention you use Google/Apple sign-in)
- Your in-game name (if set)
- Optional: your user ID (UID) from the in-app settings (if available)
What will be deleted
- Your authentication account (e.g. email sign-in or linked Google/Apple sign-in)
- Your in-game profile and progress
- Game-related data stored in our backend for your account
What may be retained
- Purchase records are processed by the Google Play Store / Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
- We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud/abuse.
Processing time
We will process deletion requests as soon as possible, typically within 30 days.
