1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the "Crown & Clash" app and the associated website.

2. Virtual Goods (Gems)

In-app purchases of "Gems" are final. Gems have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back for real money. A claim for a refund exists only within the framework of the policies of the respective app store.

3. Conduct

Cheating or exploiting bugs can lead to exclusion from the game.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We assume no guarantee for the constant availability of the servers.
